DONEY PARK WATER

At its Open Meeting on January 10, 2012, the Arizona
Corporation Commission approved a rate increase
requested by Doney Park Water Company filed November 3,
2010, the first in more than 17 years. The new rates
will eliminate winter/summer rates, remove the free
gallons in monthly minimum, and add a third rate tier
for 5/8 x 3/4" and 3/4 meters.
The recent approval will increase the monthly bill for a
residential customer with a 5/8 x 3/4 or 3/4 meter
using 5,000 gallons per month by $16.47 or 45.9%. Actual
impact varies with usage and meter size.
The new rates and charges as listed below are effective
for usage on and after February 1, 2012. If you have
