DONEY PARK WATER

At its Open Meeting on January 10, 2012, the Arizona Corporation Commission approved a rate increase requested by Doney Park Water Company filed November 3, 2010, the first in more than 17 years.  The new rates will eliminate winter/summer rates, remove the free gallons in monthly minimum, and add a third rate tier for 5/8” x 3/4" and 3/4” meters.

The recent approval will increase the monthly bill for a residential customer with a 5/8” x 3/4” or 3/4” meter using 5,000 gallons per month by $16.47 or 45.9%. Actual impact varies with usage and meter size.

The new rates and charges as listed below are effective for usage on and after February 1, 2012.  If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact Customer Service at 928-526-1080 during normal business hours.  The new rates and charges will be as follows:
