Establish Service & Account transfers

**The following applies to members needing to establish service at homes that already have an existing meter.**

To Establish Water Service You Will Need To Pay
Membership $5.39
Establishment Charge 26.93
Security Deposit  83.00
TOTAL  $ 115.32


Establish Service -or- Transfer an Existing Account (Owner)
The following must be done at least one business day in advance

  1. Fill out and sign Owners Application for Water Service
  2. Pay DPW $115.32
  3. DPW will schedule transfer on specified date and check for required member's' valves
  4. If member's valves are not in place, new owner will be given a reasonable amount of time to install them

Establish Service -or- Transfer an Existing Account (Renter)
The following must be done at least one business day in advance

  1. Fill out and sign Renters Application for Water Service
  2. Pay DPW $115.32
  3. DPW will schedule transfer on specified date

Please Note :

  • Completed Application Packets may be presented in person, faxed or mailed to our office during normal business hours.
  • All Set Up fees must be paid in full prior to your water being turned on. Fees may be paid in person, mailed, or phoned in with a credit card. Security Deposit is fully refundable after 12 consecutive months with no late fees.
  • Please allow at least 24 hours for your water service to be turned on.
