Establish Service (Owner)
The following must
be done at least one business day in advance
- Fill out and
sign Owners Application for Water Service
- Pay DPW
$126.09
- DPW will
schedule transfer on specified date and check for
required member's' valves
- If member's
valves are not in place, new owner will be given a
reasonable amount of time to install them

Please Note :
- Completed Application
Packets may be presented in person, faxed or mailed to our
office during normal business hours.
- All Set Up fees must
be paid in full prior to your water being turned on. Fees
may be paid in person, mailed, or phoned in with a credit
card. Security Deposit is fully refundable after 12
consecutive months with no late fees.
- Please allow at
least 24 hours for your water service to be turned on.
