Applications for service
IMPORTANT! Application for membership, and payment is required 24-hours in advance for service. We are closed Sat, Sun & Mon. Applications need to be received on Thursday if service is needed for the weekend. Applications received on Friday will not receive service until Tuesday of the following week.
(If you are currently a DPW member moving within our DPW service area, you will still need to fill out a new application for the new location.) When your application has been received you will be contacted and given instructions to make your new service payment online or over the phone.
*PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to provide same day service for new accounts. 24-hour notice is required to set up your account and schedule service establishment for the next business day (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and some holidays). If you need water for the weekend, you will need to have your completed application with payment to us by Thursday, before 3:30pm, for service on Friday.
- All applications (see below) must be completed with hand-written signatures and initials. Adobe Digital signatures are also accepted.
