* Doney Park Water issues ONE meter per parcel regardless of how many dwellings you have on your parcel.
* A $2,000 one-time development fee will be assessed for EACH dwelling unit you build.

A $2,000 development Fee shall be assessed for each dwelling unit
consisting of at least a separate entry, toilet, shower and/or bath, a
sleeping area and cooking area with a sink (e.g., trailer space, multifamily
dwelling, apartment, condominium, guest quarters, mother-in-law
quarter, etc.) located withing the main structure OR in a separate
structure.
Doney Park Water established the development fee January of 1985. Since
September of 1994, it has been assessed for each dwelling unit built on a parcel.
This fee supports upgrades to the infrastructure of our system.
Average daily water use on parcels with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's) is 36% higher than parcels with a single family residence!
