A Line Location Request Form will be used to determine if a meter can be set or if your parcel will require a line extension. i.e. The initial request for water line location will determine what is needed to provide water from Doney Park Water to the parcel. DPW may need to inspect the property to verify its exact location in reference to our main water lines. This request will include a preliminary sketch on water line placement for the property.
1. First step: Complete the line location request form and email it to us. Please allow up to two weeks for us to process.
2. Second step: If a meter can be set line extension is required, we will let you know. If so, to proceed you would need to pay for a detailed cost estimate.
3. Third step: If you want to pursue the line extension, call us to request the line extension packet.
