New METER Applications
- Before applying for a NEW METER, you will need to submit a Line Location Request Form to determine if a meter can be set or if you will require a line extension.
- All applications and forms must be completed with hand-written signatures and initials. Adobe Digital signatures are also accepted.
- Submit applications by mail, in person, or by email to info@doneyparkwater.com
