- If you pay the balance of your account the same day the water is disconnected, it must be paid by 4:00pm that day to avoid an after hours charge in addition to the reconnect fee.
- If you pay the balance on your account between 4:00pm and 4:30pm the day of disconnects you will need to pay an additional $37.42 to have the water connected that same day.
- If the balance on your account is paid after 4:30pm on the day of disconnects, it will not be reconnected until the following business day.
