Waterline Extensions
If your home or property is not currently served by DPW, the first step is to fill out a Line Locate Request. DPW staff will use the request to determine what is needed to provide water to the parcel. This may require the property to be inspected to verify its exact location in reference to our main water lines. The completed request will include a preliminary sketch of line and meter placement options for the property. Please submit the form below and allow up to two weeks for us to process.
