Applications
- All applications (see below) must be completed with hand-written signatures and initials. Adobe Digital signatures are also accepted.
- Submit applications by mail, in person, or by email to info@doneyparkwater.com
An application for membership and new service payment, with 24-hours notice*, is required for service to any home that you are buying or renting. (If you are currently a DPW member moving within our DPW service area, you will still need to fill out a new application for the new location.) Once we receive your application, we will contact you with instructions on how to make your new service set-up payment online or over the phone.
*PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to provide same day service for new accounts. We need 24-hours notice to set up your account and schedule a turn on for the next business day (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and some holidays). If you need water for the weekend, you will need to have your completed application with payment to us by Thursday, no later than 3:30pm, so that the service can start on Friday.
