LINE LOCATE REQUEST

The initial request​ for line location will determine what is needed to provide water from Doney Park Water to the parcel. DPW may need to inspect the property to verify its exact location in reference to our main water lines. This request will include a preliminary sketch on line placement for the property. Please submit the form below and allow up to two weeks for us to process.
