We will notify members in the event of a serious water quality alert or emergency. 

• ​The contact information used for our notification system is taken from our customer data base, so PLEASE call us to make sure we have your current contact information on file - especially the best PHONE NUMBER to reach you, as well your EMAIL ADDRESS if possible!

• In addition, we advise that you make sure that the Coconino County Emergency Alert System has your current contact information too as we may utilize that service if needed.
