We will notify members in the event of a serious water quality alert or emergency. 

• ​The phone numbers and email addresses used for our own notification system are from our own customer data base, so PLEASE call us to make sure that we have your current contact information on file - especially the best PHONE NUMBER to reach you, as well your EMAIL ADDRESS if possible!

• In addition, we advise that you make sure that the Coconino County Emergency Alert System has your current contact information too as we may utilize that service also if called for.
